RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Collection of Association Dues from members:  Supply notifications and pursue legal proceedings  

Development of an Annual Operating Budget:  Directors to approve

Individual Property Records:   Management will maintain records for each property within the HOA.

Assistance to the Board of Directors: Financial Reports, Oversee contractors, General Operation of HOA.

Maintenance of  Fiscal, Financial and Corporate Records of The Association:

Association Meetings:  Attend and keep records of Annual and Board of Directors Meetings.

Purchasing of Supplies and Materials: As needed for maintenance of HOA properties.

Monitoring of Owner/Resident compliance:  Supply notifications and pursue legal proceedings.

Architectural Modification:  Receive and process applications.

Availability of Management  Management shall be available to The Board of Directors and Members by Office phone, Cell phone, Fax, E-mail, and by appointment.

New Property Owners:  Management will tract selling and rental of homes within the Association.  Welcome letter and current information about The Association will be delivered to new owners as quickly as possible after address and name of new owner has been made available.

Operation of Swimming Pool:  Management, in cooperation with Manpower Employment Agency, will hire seasonal pool attendants, per the requirements of the Association, and supervise their attendance and performance.
