  1. Swimming Pool Consent and Release Form  <<Click to open PDF>>
    (This form must be personally accepted by Management with a current picture ID of applicant)
    Upon approval, residents 13 to 17 may use the aquatic facilities without adult supervision. The posted pool rules at the SugarMill Plantation Pool require anyone entering the facility below the age of 13 to be under the direct supervision of an adult. Adults are defined as a SugarMill Resident 18 years or older.
  2. RACC Request  <<Click to open PDF>
    This form is used when an Owner of Property in SugarMill would like to request an approval from the RACC Committee to make a Modification, Alteration or an Addition to a property located within SugarMill Plantation.
     
  3. Tennis Court Use Agreement  <<Click to open PDF>>
    One key per residence - deposit  required.
     
  4. Pool/Park Parties Use Agreement  <<Click to open PDF>>
    Must be approved by Association Manager/Board - deposit  required.
     
  5. Owner/Tenant/Rental Management Information Sheet  <<Click to open PDF>>
    To be used by Owners or their Management Company to keep the Association apprised of any changes.

  6. Summarized Covenants & Deed Restrictions  <<Click to open PDF>>
    Helpful to Property Managers to ensure tenants are aware that SugarMill Plantaion HOA has Covenants and Restrictions. May be used as an amendment to a lease.

    Full electronic version of the SugarMill Plantation Covenants which were executed on July 27, 1987. Please keep in mind that there are Supplemental Covenants, which can be found under "Community Information", that govern each planned subdivision.

    Form to be used if you cannot attend the Annual HOA Meeting and you would like to authorize a proxy to vote on all matters lawfully during the regular course of business at the HOA meeting on your behalf.
