The homeowners association board chose this platform because it was trusted by 20K+ HOA's and because it had the features to provide our owners with 24/7 access via an online portal.

There you will enter your owner of record name (as recorded with the Camden County Tax Assessor’s Office,) preferred email, and unit address. If the property is jointly owned, complete the procedure separately for each owner. This is a secure measure to grant only the recorded owner access to the owner portal. Once you have been granted access, you will receive a follow-up email that will allow you to create a password and get started! If you own multiple properties, you will need to add each address individually.
After you have successfully set up your PayHOA Owner Account, you will have the ability to make your payments online!
