Floats, Beach Balls, Toys, allowed at Pool Attendant's discretion, if not in conflict with Department of Public Health rules (1st ten rules posted) No toys with moving parts, or smaller than a man's fist, will be allowed.

Health and Wellness Reminder & Lost and Found
Pool Closings and Pool Use
- The pool will close every Monday except on holiday weekends, at which time the pool will be closed Tuesday.
- Only SugarMill HOA Property Owners or Residents in good standing shall use the pool. Five guests are allowed per each SugarMill HOA property; guests must be accompanied by the Owner/Resident of Record at all times. No exceptions! All residents must sign in with the pool attendant before entering the pool area. Photo identification is required.
- Residents with delinquent association dues or not in compliance with covenants of SugarMill Plantation will be denied access to the pool facility.
- All children under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian with them to use the pool area. Click this link to print a Pool Consent Release Form which will allow children between the ages of 13 and 17 entry to the pool area without an adult present.
- Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers while in SugarMill pool area. Disposable diapers are NOT considered swim diapers.
- Pool parties may be scheduled by SugarMill Plantation residents. A guest list may not exceed twenty-five (25) non-residents. The resident will be responsible for cleaning and trash removal from pool area. A refundable fee of fifty ($50) dollars will be required. After the pool area is clean and the trash has been removed, the deposit will be returned.
- No diving in pool. First violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) hour. Second violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) day. Third violation by those under age 18 results in eviction from pool area for three (3) days unless supervised by a parent. Those 18 and older eviction from pool area for three (3) days.
- No running, fighting or rough playing. First violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) hour. Second violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) day. Third violation by those under age 18 results in eviction from pool area for three (3) days unless supervised by a parent. Those 18 and older eviction from pool area for three (3) days.
- No vandalism of property. First violation results in immediate filing of legal charges with St. Marys Police Department and eviction from pool area for thirty (30) days.
- No alcohol and foul language. First violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) hour. Second violation results in eviction from pool area for one (1) day. Third violation by those under age 18 results in eviction from pool area for three (3) days unless supervised by a parent. Those 18 and older eviction from pool area for three (3) days.
